How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking number will be sent to you with your order confirmation email
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
What about Duties, Tax and Charges?
Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
Where do your other items come from?
Hairless Tails is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here in Canada, there are many items that are simply not available in Canada. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Hairless Tails guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from Hairlesstails.com
In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:
-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

Note: We do not refund shipping cost and we also do not cover shipping cost for return.
Note 2: We can not process a refund or exchange if you miss what is included in our products description . We clearly shows every important details about our products.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee.
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.
Coupon Codes
-Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.
-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
-Only one code can be used on a purchase
-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases
CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 12 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time. However if your item has been already made and shipped out within this time frame, We can not cancel your order.
